DEIL GROUP OUTLETS – COMMISSION STRUCTURE BULLETIN

Dear Partners,

This bulletin is issued to clarify the commission structure across all DEIL outlets. Please read carefully to understand how commissions are calculated and what applies to your role.

Commission Calculation Basis

All commissions are calculated based on net profit, which is determined as follows:

Net Profit = Selling Revenue – Purchasing Cost

This net profit forms the base from which all commission percentages are derived.

Commission Breakdown by Role

1. Managers

  • Definition: A staff member directly managing a single DEIL outlet.

  • Commission: 5% of the net profit from the outlet they directly manage.

  • Note: This commission only applies to the specific outlet under their supervision.

2. Directors

  • Definition: A staff member overseeing one or more managers and their outlets.

  • Commission: 5% of the net profit from all outlets under their management.

  • Note: This includes multiple outlets managed through their direct reports (managers).

3. General Managing Directors (GMDs)

  • Definition: Senior staff overseeing one or more directors.

  • Commission: 5% of the net profit from all outlets managed by their respective directors.

  • Note: This covers a larger network of outlets managed indirectly through the directors.

✅ Commission Example (Simple Illustration)

Let’s say an outlet generated:

  • Selling Revenue: $100,000

  • Purchasing Cost: $60,000

  • Net Profit: $40,000

Then:

  • Manager of that outlet earns 5% of $40,000 = $2,000

  • Director managing that manager earns 5% of $40,000 = $2,000

  • GMD overseeing the director earns 5% of $40,000 = $2,000

Note: Each person earns based on the profit linked to their level of responsibility.
